Whirlwind Coffee and Tierra Distilling proudly present our bourbon barrel aged coffee.
Using specialty beans from Brazil, we filled an empty, charred oak barrel that recently held Tierra Distilling's Duel Bourbon, a delicious two grain whiskey with a chocolate, toasted finish.
After some patience and a lot of barrel rolling, these beans had taken on a complex amazing aroma. Each batch was carefully roasted to produce a sweet smelling medium roast with hints of vanilla, caramel, malt, nuts, and a smooth bourbon finish.
Here's to a damn good cup of coffee.
